How do I Reset my Forgotten Password? Students: If a student forgets their password, the student must first contact his/her teacher who can look up the default password. If the changing of the password happened manually by the student and the student forgot it, a teacher or school administrator may be required to reset the password. Parents: If you are not able to log in to the myStudent Parent Portal then use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. If you have forgotten the EHR User Name or have forgotten the email you registered with or need a Parent Pin, then you will need to contact the support team at myPascoHelp@pasco.k12.fl.us or at 813-320-8817.
